It is hard to believe that this is my thirtieth year teaching!  Time really does fly when you are having fun.  I have taught many different grade levels during my years teaching.  This is my nineteenth year in the elementary setting and my 5th year teaching at Parkwood Elementary.   I am looking forward to having another great group of students to work with. 
    My wife and I have six kids.  The youngest, Thomas, will be in 12th grade, Andrew will start at Mississippi State this Fall, Nathan, Adam, Amelia, and Haley are living on their own and working  There is never a dull moment at our house.
    I like to fish, cook, write children's stories, and work with wood.  My family and I love to go camping in tents.  We've camped with bears, alligators, and tropical storms.  I've played trombone for about 30 years.  I'm not great, but I can blow a note or two.
